In line with Mr. Governor – Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu’s commitment to public service excellence, the Ministry of Establishments and Training designed the Lagos State Public Service Accelerator Programme. The program is a comprehensive development program, designed to equip Lagos State Civil Servants (GL 12-14) with the leadership skills they need to excel in their roles and deliver exceptional service.

This program cultivates future civil service leaders by equipping them with a global perspective and adaptable tools. These skills will be instrumental in shaping effective public policies and services for the 21st century.

By leveraging a blend of faculty expertise, real-world case studies, and collaborative group work, the Lagos State Public Service Accelerator Programme (PSAP) fosters the development of critical leadership, management, and administrative skills in participants.

This programme will:

• Increase efficiency and service delivery

• Embrace innovation and Adaptability

• Develop leaders who will guide, train, motivate and influence their subordinates, thereby setting them on the right path which will accelerate the achievement of a Greater Lagos.
