Pass-It-On Initiatives (Cascade Learning Model)
In alignment with the programme’s sustainability objective, the Pass-It-On initiative was introduced as a cascade learning model. Over a two-month period, the 100 Accelerators were divided into 10 groups. Each group designed and delivered training sessions within their MDAs, collectively mentoring over 500 younger officers across 20 Ministries,Departments, and Agencies (MDAs).
This initiative ensured that the impact of PSAP extended far beyond direct participants, embedding a culture of knowledge sharing and peer-driven professional development across the public service.
