Lagos State needs an accelerated 360-degree leadership public service which will simultaneously influence people at every level of the governance.

While Political leaders set the direction and thrust for government action, the civil servants support them in shaping policy, interpreting policy, and delivering essential services to the citizenry.

The Lagos State Ministry of Establishments and Training has curated the Public Service Accelerator Program designed to equip Lagos State Civil Servants (GL 12-14) with the leadership skills they need to excel in their roles and deliver exceptional service. This is in-line with the THEMES+ agenda of Mr. Governor – Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu.

The Officers within this grade level would be immersed with leadership and management skills that will improve their competencies and service delivery. This programme is open to all officers regardless of their job cadre as we intend to empower officers for leadership positions.
